Terms and Conditions
We are Government Authorized Self Driven car rental from Kottayam, all rental rates are inclusive of 18% GST.
Important Documents Required:
Please make sure you have attached the relevant documents on booking form.
- **Non Resident Indian:** Photo + Passport Copy and Visa page + Valid Driving License [Indian/International] – original needs to be shown at time of delivery.
- **Indian Resident:** Photo + Valid Driving license and Aadhar Card, original needs to be shown at time of delivery.
Security Deposit:
We collect Security Deposit of Rs 5000/7500/10000 based on vehicle class. Security deposit will be refunded after 5 working days from return date.
Vehicle Delivery & Collection:
- Vehicle can be delivered at your home address (as per document proof – delivery charges applicable)
- You can collect from our office at Kottayam (no extra charges)
- If Airport pickup is needed driver will pick you up from Airport (can provide you the car from airport itself on fulfilling exact booking with all required documents submitted on the website ) and will drop you with the vehicle at your home address (extra charges applicable).
Payment:
- 100% Payment Advance of rental period should be made in advance on booking confirmation.
- Delivery charges + Security Deposit + Washing charges should be paid upon delivery.
Delivery & Return Charges:
Our Garage is in Kottayam, Delivery charges from Kottayam Garage and return charges to Kottayam Garage are applicable on rental (Driver Batta + Fuel Charges).
Examples of charges:
- Delivery charges to CIAL – Rs 1850/- [Driver batta+Fuel Charges]
- Return charges from CIAL – Rs 1000/-[Driver batta] + Enough fuel to Return to Kottayam Garage
